I am proud to share my extensive experience in the real estate industry, a journey that began in 2002. I started my career as a rental agent and was soon headhunted to establish and lead the letting division of a start-up agency as its Principal. Through dedication and hard work, I successfully built and managed the division—until the agency sadly closed following the unexpected passing of one of its founders.

I then joined a well-established agency as a rental agent, where I consistently achieved top-performer awards thanks to my unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service. Fueled by a long-standing dream of starting my own company, I took a leap of faith in 2009 and founded Figjam Properties with just a R20,000 loan and a friend’s garage as my first office.

From these humble beginnings, Figjam Properties steadily grew—initially focusing on rentals and later expanding into residential sales in 2014. In August 2017, we rebranded under an international franchise to strengthen our sales division and broaden our global reach. However, in January 2023, following a change in ownership, I made the decision to return to our roots and rebrand as Figjam Properties once again. My team and I thrive in a space where creativity and autonomy guide our decisions, and this transition allowed us to refocus on what truly sets us apart.

Today, Figjam Properties continues to grow from strength to strength. We are deeply grateful for the trust our clients place in us and remain committed to delivering exceptional, personalised real estate services.
